Mastery Floors started with a simple idea, do things the right way.
We come from different paths in the flooring industry.
Igor started in New York as a hands-on
flooring installer, learning the craft in the field and building real experience from day one.
Leo built his career as an operational
manager for a large flooring company,
gaining deep knowledge in project
management, logistics, and customer
experience.
With different strengths but the same vision,
we decided to build something of our own.
In the beginning, it was just the two of us — a
van, our tools, and a commitment to deliver
quality work.
We worked as subcontractors
for larger companies, gaining experience,
building relationships, and perfecting our
process.
As we invested in marketing and started
working directly with homeowners, Mastery
Floors began to grow.
Today, we have a team of 15+ professionals
working daily, with specialized crews for
hardwood, floating, trim, stairs, sand & finish,
carpet and tile.
